Not Just Engineering
This was a very exciting project for NLS. We provided both product design and manufacturing management services to the Spectrum team. We had two teams of NLS staff on site at Spectrum Inc. for several months. As the project progressed our team teams mission changed from just providing services to transferring our knowledge to the Spectrum group so we could exit the program easily and smoothly.
