NLS has marine engineers on staff with many years of experience engineering sail and power yachts. From complete systems to structural and aero analysis, we have the experience and technology to get the job done efficiently and cost effectively.
Being part of a larger multi-disciplinary engineering firm gives us access to materials engineers to aid with composite design, manufacturing engineers to develop tooling, and industrial engineers to set up manufacturing.
We are also manufacturing short run custom products as well. We have produced over 200 different marine sku’s from our facilities in the US and Asia. Using 3D modeling, digital prototyping, and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) tools, we are able to get custom one-off products developed, engineered, and manufactured both correctly and quickly to a price point.
